HOXD4 belongs to the homeobox family of genes. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen HOXD4 Antikörper (37) und HOXD4 Proteine (12) und viele weitere Produktgruppen zu diesem Protein an.
identified heterozygous HOXD4 loss-of-function mutations in three subjects with spinal extradural arachnoid cyst (SEDAC)
The results suggest that genetic polymorphisms in HOXD4 may not be a major contributor to the observed variability in peak BMD (zeige BEST1 ELISA Kits) in the lumbar spine and the hip in Chinese men and women
microRNA-10a (miR (zeige MLXIP ELISA Kits)-10a) targets a homologous DNA region in the promoter region of the hoxd4 gene and represses its expression at the transcriptional level
The expression profiles of Hoxd4 and miR (zeige MLXIP ELISA Kits)-10b transcripts during neural differentiation of mouse embryonal carcinoma (EC) P19 (zeige CDKN2D ELISA Kits) cells are co-ordinately regulated and generated by Drosha (zeige DROSHA ELISA Kits) cleavage.
Data provide the basis for future studies in pathogenesis of cartilage defects in Hoxc8 (zeige HOXC8 ELISA Kits)- and Hoxd4-transgenic mice.
Af9 (zeige MLLT3 ELISA Kits) null mutation affects Hoxd-4 gene expression
The sequence of regulatory elements, including a DR5 (zeige TNFRSF10B ELISA Kits) type retinoic acid response element (RARE) required for Hoxd4 neural enhancer activity, are highly conserved, zebrafish and mouse neural enhancers function identically in transgenic mouse embryos.
detected chromatin changes at the Hoxd4 locus during neurogenesis in P19 cells and embryonic day 8.0 (E8.0) and E10.5 embryos
a new molecular link, completing a feedback circuit between retinoic acid receptor beta (zeige RARB ELISA Kits), Hoxb4 (zeige HOXB4 ELISA Kits) and Hoxd4
Results identify components of the Hoxd4 P1 promoter directing expression in neurally differentiating retinoic acid-treated P19 cells.
results reveal an evolutionarily conserved role for Pax6 (zeige PAX6 ELISA Kits) in AP-restricted expression of vertebrate Hoxd4 orthologs
This gene belongs to the homeobox family of genes. The homeobox genes encode a highly conserved family of transcription factors that play an important role in morphogenesis in all multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four similar homeobox gene clusters, HOXA, HOXB, HOXC and HOXD, located on different chromosomes, consisting of 9 to 11 genes arranged in tandem. This gene is one of several homeobox HOXD genes located at 2q31-2q37 chromosome regions. Deletions that removed the entire HOXD gene cluster or 5' end of this cluster have been associated with severe limb and genital abnormalities. The protein encoded by this gene may play a role in determining positional values in developing limb buds. Alternatively spliced variants have been described but their full length nature has not been determined.
