HOXC11 belongs to the homeobox family of genes. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen Homeobox C11 Antikörper (64) und Homeobox C11 Proteine (5) und viele weitere Produktgruppen zu diesem Protein an.
Our data suggest that HOXC11 may contribute to RCC (zeige XRCC1 ELISA Kits) carcinogenesis by increasing tumor cell proliferation and imply that HOXC11 may be an important determinant of RCC (zeige XRCC1 ELISA Kits) patient prognosis
HOXC11 and SRC-1 (zeige SRC ELISA Kits) cooperate to regulate expression of the calcium-binding protein (zeige CETN1 ELISA Kits) S100beta in resistant breast cancer cells.
HOXC11 increases transcription of S100beta gene in BrdU-induced in vitro differentiation of GOTO neuroblastoma (zeige ARHGEF16 ELISA Kits) cells into Schwann cells.
we find a subtle impact of deleting the Hotair locus upon the expression of the neighboring Hoxc11 and Hoxc12 (zeige HOXC12 ELISA Kits) genes in cis (zeige CISH ELISA Kits). Our results do not support any substantial role for Hotair during mammalian development in vivo
Hox11 (zeige TLX1 ELISA Kits) genes (Hoxa11 (zeige HOXA11 ELISA Kits), Hoxc11 and Hoxd11 (zeige HOXD11 ELISA Kits)) co-regulate and coordinate the development of zeugopod skeletal elements and adjacent elbow and knee joints, and dictate joint identity, morphogenesis and anatomical and functional organization.
This gene belongs to the homeobox family of genes. The homeobox genes encode a highly conserved family of transcription factors that play an important role in morphogenesis in all multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four similar homeobox gene clusters, HOXA, HOXB, HOXC and HOXD, which are located on different chromosomes and consist of 9 to 11 genes arranged in tandem. This gene is one of several homeobox HOXC genes located in a cluster on chromosome 12. The product of this gene binds to a promoter element of the lactase-phlorizin hydrolase. It also may play a role in early intestinal development. An alternatively spliced variant encoding a shorter isoform has been described but its full-length nature has not been determined.
