Human Golgi Membrane Protein 1 (GOLM1) Interaktionspartner

  1. these studies revealed that GP73 promotes hepatitis C virus (HCV) secretion by directly mediating the interaction of ApoE (zeige APOE Proteine) with HCV replication complex through binding with HCV NS5A.

  2. Significantly higher serum levels of GP-73 and PIVKA-II were detected in the hepatocellular carcinoma patients than in controls.

  3. The critical role of GP73 in hepatocellular carcinoma invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and metastasis

  4. Results show that overexpression of GP73 in hepatocellular carcinoma cell (HCC (zeige FAM126A Proteine)) line retrieved the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT (zeige ITK Proteine)) markers, and promoted cell motility and invasion. High expression of GP73 was also found in HCC (zeige FAM126A Proteine) tissues with metastasis providing evidence for an important role of GP73 in HCC (zeige FAM126A Proteine) metastasis.

  5. Serum GP73 had limited diagnostic value for HBV-related liver cancer. The combined use of serum GP73 and AFP (zeige AFP Proteine) levels improved the diagnostic efficacy.

  6. GP73 enhances MMP-13 (zeige MMP13 Proteine) expression through cAMP responsive element binding protein (CREB (zeige CREB1 Proteine))-mediated transcription activation. Levels of GP73 and MMP-13 (zeige MMP13 Proteine) are increased and positively correlated in human HCC (zeige FAM126A Proteine) tissues. Augmented MMP-13 (zeige MMP13 Proteine) potentiates HCC (zeige FAM126A Proteine) cell metastasis.

  7. the specific antibody could block the binding of A10-2 to GP73, and the specific binding of A10-2 to GP73 was also supported by the observation that several tumor cell lines exhibited variable expression level of GP73.

  8. Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization significantly increased GP73 expression in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.

  9. GP73 and AFP (zeige AFP Proteine)-L3 are superior biomarkers to aid the diagnosis of small PHC (zeige SLC25A3 Proteine) with negative AFP (zeige AFP Proteine). The combined detection of biomarkers improved the diagnostic accuracy.

  10. The results of this meta-analysis showed that serum GP73 + AFP (zeige AFP Proteine) exhibited significantly higher diagnostic accuracy for HCC (zeige FAM126A Proteine) than did serum GP73 or AFP (zeige AFP Proteine) alone.

Mouse (Murine) Golgi Membrane Protein 1 (GOLM1) Interaktionspartner

  1. Gorasp2-/- mice suffered from spermatogenesis defects. Golgi morphology of spermatocytes was disturbed in Gorasp2-/- mice. GRASP55 interacted via PDZ-mediated interactions with JAMs.

  2. GRASP55 (zeige GORASP2 Proteine) responds to inflammasome stimulation, controls autophagy initiation and important for secretion of IL-1b (zeige IL1B Proteine) and IL-18 (zeige IL18 Proteine)

  3. In Atp7b (zeige ATP7B Proteine)(-/-) mice, GP73 mRNA was significantly elevated at 20-46 weeks of age, coincident with extensive hepatic inflammation and fibrosis.

Golgi Membrane Protein 1 (GOLM1) Protein Überblick

Protein Überblick

The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. The protein encoded by this gene is a type II Golgi transmembrane protein. It processes proteins synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assists in the transport of protein cargo through the Golgi apparatus. The expression of this gene has been observed to be upregulated in response to viral infection. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene.
